On November 2, we are celebrating two years of our By Faith initiative! Join us at our new building for a night of worship and prayer through the building, as we reflect on all that God has done in our church and community during this time. At the end of the night, we’ll have dessert and refreshments for everyone.
Childcare will be provided for Nursery through 5th grade. Kids in Nursery and Pre-K will check in at the Ekklesia office, and K-5th graders will check in across the street at Eugene Christian School. Please RSVP for children in Nursery through 5th grade with the button below.

Costume Carnival
We are hosting a Costume Carnival at Ekklesia’s new building from 4-6P! It’ll be a family-friendly event with fun carnival booths, games, food, and candy. Bring your whole family and join us on Sunday, October 26.
Baptism Sunday
Baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus. If you’ve never been baptized and are looking to take this step as a follower of Jesus, then join us on Sunday, October 19. We will celebrate baptisms at 8:15A + 10A + 11:45A gatherings outside Cal Young MS. For those who plan to be baptized, please fill out the baptism interest form online.
YA Fall Retreat 2025
Young Adults Fall Retreat | Sunriver, OR | Oct 17-19
Join us as we spend a weekend in Sunriver to get away in community and focus on our relationship with Jesus.
Cost is $100, due on October 15. Pay online via Pushpay and specify "YA Fall Retreat" in memo, or pay in person at the Ekklesia Office or at the Connect table on Sundays.
Kids Baptism Class
Our Kids Baptism Class is an opportunity to learn more about what baptism is, and help kids determine if they are ready to take this next step in their journey with Jesus. Join us on Sunday, October 12, in the Library after each gathering.
4-5th Grade Game Night
Join us for our 4-5th grade game night! We will have a fun night of prizes + games, and food. Join us at the Ekklesia building (2897 Chad Drive) from 6:30-8P.
Ekklesia Connect
We have our monthly Connect class on Sunday, October 5. Connect is a great first step for those who’d like to learn more about us and make Ekklesia their church home. Connect provides a chance to meet someone from our pastoral team and ask questions, and learn how to get connected into community, outreaches, and more. We invite you to join us in the Library immediately following the 8:15A, 10A and 11:45A gathering.
Women's Bingo and Bites
Women of Ekklesia and friends, join us for another retro-themed potluck bingo night event on October 3 at 6P at the YFC building! This will be a laid-back and low-key evening filled with good food, great company, and games. Prizes will be awarded to the best retro-themed outfit and best retro-themed pot luck dish of the night!
MS/HS Fall Kickoff
Ekklesia Youth (MS + HS) will be gathering alongside other youth ministries at Camp Harlow to kick off the fall together! Invite a friend and join us for fun, food, worship, prayer, and encouragement as we prepare our hearts for what God is going to do this school year.
Men's Breakfast
Ekklesia Men - We are excited to host a Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, Sept 27 at the Springfield Armory (3106 Pierce Parkway, Springfield, OR). We’re looking forward to spending this time in community, enjoying a meal together, and hearing an inspiring message.

Family Fun Night
We are hosting a Family Fun Night for families with kids in K-5th grade at the Ekklesia building! It’ll be an evening to connect with other families and play games. We’ll provide food, and lots of fun activities.
Deadline to RSVP is Wednesday, September 24.
School of Bible
Ekklesia’s School of Bible is a program that builds off the foundation that was set in our Discipleship ministry. It takes a deeper dive into Bible literacy, Christian doctrine, and spiritual rhythms.
The tuition fee for School of Bible is $25 per student.
Our Fall term begins September 24th 2025 and runs for 8 weeks. It will meet from 6:30-8:30P at the Ekklesia Office.
Financial Peace University
Financial Peace is a 9-week course focused on teaching you how to manage your money in a biblical way. Whether you’re looking to get out of debt, or you’re interested in learning how to effectively budget and save for retirement, this course covers it all.

Join us as we celebrate the end of summer with a church-wide BBQ! We’ll grill the meat and have drinks for you all! Everyone is encouraged to bring a side to share. We'll have some lawn games and activities to use, but please bring fun outdoor games as well!

Join us on Saturday, Aug 23, from 9A-12P to spend the morning helping the Cal Young + Monroe Middle School staff prepare their school grounds for the upcoming year. We will be doing hands-on yard work, so bring your tools and come with friends and families as we bless these schools!

Courtyard Clean Up
Help us clean up the Cal Young MS courtyard for Vacation Bible School this Saturday, July 19, from 9-11A! We are so blessed to be able to rent out this facility and use it for Sunday gatherings and events. As VBS approaches, we would love if you could help us prepare and clean up the space for incoming kids and volunteers.
