Mission

WE ARE…

A body of believers who desire to GLORIFY GOD: To love God, to know Him intimately, and to make Him known boldly (Deuteronomy 6:4-6; Psalm 42:1-2; Matthew 22:37).

A body of believers who desire to STUDY THE BIBLE VERSE-BY-VERSE: To study the Bible verse-by-verse, book-by-book in order to experience its life changing power (Psalm 1; Acts 2:42; 20:27; 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12).

A body of believers who want to reach the lost with the good news of JESUS’ DEATH ON THE CROSS FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SIN: To reach and transform Eugene with the Good News of Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sin and for the hope of eternal life (Mark 16:15; John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4).

A body of believers who desire to LIVE A LIFE OF WORSHIP: To praise God wholeheartedly and to live a life well-pleasing to him (Psalm 149:1; 150; Romans 12:1-2; Hebrews 13:15).

A body of believers who desire to PRAY WITHOUT CEASING: To pray weekly as a church in order to see God save and transform lives (Matthew 7:7-8; Acts 1:13-14; Acts 2:42; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; 1 John 5:14-15).

A body of believers who continually COME TO THE LORD’S TABLE IN COMMUNION: To remember and celebrate Jesus’ substitutionary death on the Cross for the forgiveness of our sins (Matthew 26:26-30; Luke 22:3-20; 1 Corinthians 11:20-34; Acts 2:42).

A body of believers who desire to FULFILL THE GREAT COMMISSION: To disciple every willing individual (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 14:21).

A body of believers who recognize that we need to GATHER AS A CHURCH AND BE THE CHURCH!
